Is Diskweb Infra really free?
Yes. During our early-access phase, all features are completely free. We will introduce a commission-based or subscription model in the future, and we'll give users advance notice before that happens.
What documents do I need to verify?
Builders and contractors need GST certificate and PAN card. Contractors also need their trade license. Engineers need their engineering degree certificate, PAN, and Aadhaar.
How long does verification take?
Admin reviews documents within 24 hours on business days. You'll be notified via email once your account is verified.
Can I post a project before I'm verified?
You can create an account and explore the dashboard, but posting projects and submitting bids require a verified account to maintain platform trust.
What is the Trust Score?
The Trust Score is a 0–10 rating calculated from completed projects, on-time delivery rate, quality ratings, and communication. Higher trust scores get more visibility on the platform.
