1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Diskweb Infra ("the Platform"), operated by Diskweb IT Solutions LLP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to operate in India's construction or real estate sector to register. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and verification.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@diskwebitsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Document Verification

To access full platform features, you must upload valid identity and professional documents. By uploading documents, you confirm:

• All uploaded documents are genuine and legally valid
• You are the rightful owner of the credentials submitted
• Submission of forged documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities

5. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent project listings or bids
• Attempt to contact or transact with other users outside the platform to circumvent our terms
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the Platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform services
• Post any content that is illegal under Indian law

6. Projects and Bids

Diskweb Infra is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between builders and contractors but are not a party to any contract, agreement, or financial transaction between users. All disputes arising from projects or bids are between the respective parties.

We strongly recommend that builders and contractors execute formal written contracts before commencing work.

7. Trust Scores

Trust Scores are calculated algorithmically based on platform activity. Diskweb Infra reserves the right to adjust scoring methodology. Trust Scores are informational only and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and software is owned by Diskweb IT Solutions LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Content you post (project descriptions, bid text) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of any user, project, or bid. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or from interactions with other users.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
